Root of corruption is money require to fight corruption

1. Budgetary provision for elected and second rank candidates. National Political parties should be provided election money according to their winning candidate from central budget. Similarly state elections from the state budget and parties must have to provide their spent account to get such fund. CAG should audit this fund. This is one way in the long term we can counter corruption.
2. Business house donation to political parties should be banned strictly. Put heavy penalty to both the parties if they give/take.
3. Simplification in all the laws like Income Tax, Vat, Excise, Custom. Only one tax in the form of GST as alternative to all the taxes is good move and should be made much simpler. Make simple law, which common man can understand, so no question of breaking the laws.
3. Strong and independent Lokpal bill must be framed which should made accountable to all including PM, President, CJI, MP, secretaries, and even election commissioner. Since all are Indian citizen first and so they are holding the post. So, all should be accountable. All other agencies like CBI, CVC, can be merged in Lokpal to make it more strong, powerful and independent. This will have parallel check on govt.
Once the independent checking body (like CAG, election commission and now lokpal) will be there will definitely impact on the govt machinery to clean the system.

But state funding for elected candidate must provided then only money power and corruption will reduce else not

SUMMIT- if anna team will fight and anna not then anna will be alienated and chances of unity may broke. its better not to contest election and remain united. their key argument is right that public is owner and let them remain owner only and force sevaks to listen. by remaining outside they can force parliament to involve public also in making law making process which is need of today.
Dear aliens,

"Anna will be alienated" - can you do that ?

Can you alienate yourself from Anna ? Can you do that now ? Will you heart and mind agree even if you want to ?

How can Anna be alienated ? From whom will he be alienated ? From us ? How can he be alienated from us after one and all in this nation are chanting - "Maen bhi Anna, Tu bhi Anna, Ab to sara desh hai Anna ?"

There is only one way that Anna can be alienated - if we alienate him. If we don't, he wont. And I don't think that can happen, simply because Anna is not fighting for himself, but for US. Alienating him will only mean - Alienating US from OURSELVES. Can we do that ?

But there is a Good Way of "Alienating" him from us - you call yourself "aliens" right ?...So do "alien"-ate Anna, i.e. do lend him your strength. And if you have already chanted "Maen bhi Anna, Tu bhi Anna..", I guess you have already done that.

And likewise if all the 120-crore "aliens" of this country "alien"-ate Anna, all the changes that you talk about, and dream about, in the system, will not be far from becoming reality.

Our Unity will Not Break Unless We Break it.

Good Wishes,

Summit.

@subhashghuge

Dear Subhash ji,

Exactly the word..."if you want to change the system, you should be the active part of the system...".

However, for those concerned that this might cast a cloud of doubt on Anna's or his Team's motives, as trying to become Political, there is a slight difference we might implement (though the difference may appear largely semantic, but I'll try and explain why it's not) -

I suggest that Anna's supporters go in Not for a Political Party...but rather a Civilian Party....or more precisely, a Civilian Association.

What's the difference between a Political Party and a Civilian Association ?

Well just these -

(1) A Political Party will be a common cluster of People with a Political Agenda, whereas a Civilian Association will be an organisation of Independent Candidates, who apart from a Common Political Agenda will also have have a Common Social Agenda...

(2) All Members of a Political Party will fight Elections as a part of that Party; whereas Members of a Civilian Association will contest the Election as Independent Candidates.

(3) All Members of a Political Party, will fight Elections under the same Symbol; whereas Members of a Civilian Association will fight for one cause, but under different symbols.

The biggest benefit of this arrangement will be that it'll send out a strong message that if Political Parties get corrupt, then Non-Political Civilians can Get Together, Fight the Elections and Oust Them. Tell them - "Beta Sudhar Jao, Nahin to Bahar Jao"...

And for those concerned about Anna and his Teams' image turning Political, I feel it'll keep that quite away from happening (though you can never guarantee - Politicians will always try to damage that - that is why we first have to strengthen our minds and souls, and convince ourselves, that fighting Elections and Participating in Political Processes is not bad, but rather Necessary for bringing about any Systemic Change).

The Objective of forming the Association is only to facilitate faster and more effective communication between these candidates, who must work together as a team against corruption in the Parliament, and to ensure quick, prompt and confidential strategising for Elections and Other Relevant issues.

Hope that helps.

Thanks,

Summit.

'Jai Bharat'

Usually I don't discuss on the matters related to POLITICS but now I think time has come for all honest and patriot people to come out from the myth that the politics is a "Dirty Game" and it could not be done without huge money.
Please bear with me for some more elaboration before concluding the same.
As we all talk about Corruption and Failure of system in the country in current scenario, we must look at:

Is politics really a dirty Game?

Yes, it is a dirty game when it is played by dirty people, with all dirty means and for all dirty benefits.

No, it can not be a dirty game when we see politicians like Acharya Chankaya, Ashok Mahan, Vikarmaditya, Shivaji Marathha, Rani Jhansi, Maa Bharati's Saput Shubash Chandra Bose, Shastriji, Jai Prakash Narayanji and hundreds of Maa Bharati's other very Honest Saput (sons & daughters).
All these personalities give a message that HONEST and really CAPABLE must come ahead to serve the people for the betterment of "SURVIVAL OF FITTEST INSTEAD SURVIVAL OF FRUADULENT" (here, I have not named Lord Rama and Krishna as I feel incapable to match any personality with them).

Should all honest people join politics?

In democracy (especially in Bharat where Brain is flowing in very physical body like water) all tom, dick and harry (may say people like me) think that we are capable of doing every job (please take it in light vein). And, this practice is quite visible in Modern India (I always stress that now we must move to Bharat Mahan) for more than six decades except some very little period exceptions.

In real life, now all Bharatiyas need a team of such people those are capable to Design a system which convert modern India of last more than 300 years having features UNSOCIAL, UNCULTURED, INHUMAN, LUSTY, MAD FOR MATERAILS, COPY-CAT OF ALL MISCHIVIOUS DOINGS, USE KNOWLEDGE FOR DESTRUCTION AND ABOVE THE ALL DEPENDS ON ALL BUNCH OF LIES (BE IT IN ANY FIELD OF LIFE), ETC.

into a place of

All WELL BEHAVED, WELL CULTURED, SENSIBLE, SATISFIED WITH GENUINE EARNINGS, NO LUST, NO BLIND RUN FOR LUXURIES, ALL WORK FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SOCIETY AND ABOVE THE ALL PROVIDE AMPLE OPPORTUNITIES TO HONEST, DEDICATED AND DESERVING PEOPLE.
This place should be known as BHARAT MAHAN.

Dear all, I don’t take myself competent enough to offer any suggestion on this matter but after reading most intelligent and emotional views about the CORRUPTION, SYSTEM FAILURE and POLITICS in this modern India, I have made a small effort to write somewhat.

About Bharat Mahan, I do have some reserved sentiments that
HAMARA BHARAT SACH MAI BAHUT SUNDAR THA, HAI (Abhi kuch kharab ho gaya hai picheley 500 vashon mai) aur sunder hi RAHEGA.

“Politics is a "Dirty Game" and it could not be done without huge money"…………
Please discuss this matter in length so that every sincere person should not take it guaranteed that now nothing can be happened.

Charcha aagey zari rehni chahiye. (discussion on this topic should be continued and even respected members of Team Anna should be involved).

Jai Bharat

I Absolutely agree with this....But someone needs to forward this message to Team Anna...

Jai Bharat

Sumitji, Subashji and other friends, thanks for sharing your views and continuing the topic.

This is really a high time "for Bhartiyas" to take a lead on their own.
As far as money is concerned, the recent movement of Annaji along with team Anna has already proved that Good, honest and patriot people will get enough Man and Money from 119 crores Bhartiyas and leave about 1 crore (present Netas and their Chamchas) modern Indian apart.

Yes, we must need now good, honest competent and well behaved Bhartiyas those really wish to dedicate their live for the BHARAT MAHAN.
I will continue on this.

Jai Bharat

Dear sgaserv,

True.

A few years back...we'd often hear...Yeh Goondey to mutthibhar hain...Agar hum saare hindustani ek saath milkar khade ho gaye to yeh mutthibhar kahan jayenge...?

But that wasn't quite happening...only the anger was fuelling up...

And then came Anna...what he did was only light a match and toss it into the spout...and the swollen bunker at once exploded into flames...

But then it took the courage of a 74-year old man to light the stick...it wasn't coming any other way...sometimes such seemingly simple acts require such extraordinary steps...

And therefore now, it seems that the mutthibhar can finally be taken care of...1:119 is really looking like mutthibhar now...then, should it be any difficult to get rid of them ?

Thanks,

Summit.

Elected reform

I think we will not to be part of Dirty Indian political System. We should think about how to change this dirty political system. Anna team must think about the present political system and their corruption in-out side parliament as well as assembly of the most of State. Process of Election and Process of Elected person to be reform. So that Corrupted politician must be keeping out from Indian political system.

(1) "I think we will not to be part of Dirty Indian political System."
(2) "We should think about how to change this dirty political system
."

Don't you think that the above two sentences are mutually contradictory ?

How can you score a goal without playing the game ? In football, I've never seen a spectator score one.

(That's the difference between Sports and Politics. In Sports, people who buy the Tickets Watch. In Politics, they Play.)

What - What did you say...?...By Being a Coach...?...To Whom...?...The Politicians...?...Do you think, if the Politicians were dying for your coaching, the present situation would have ever come to...?...Would you've had Ramlila...Anna's Arrest...? In fact, would you ever have had corruption ? On the contrary, you'd long have been on their Payroll...as their honoured Coach.

(3) "We should think about how to change this dirty political system."

You've thought enough - for 65 years. Now Act.

(4) 'Anna team must think about the present political system and their corruption in-out side parliament..."

My dear, he's already thought that out...much before you've started advising him; what other reason could he've possibly had for going on the 12-day fast ? He certainly wasn't there to test his udder efficiency...was he...?

(5) "So that Corrupted politician must be keeping out from Indian political system"

How'll you do that ? As far as I know the Indian Political System, people come to Parliament by way of Winning Elections by Votes. So there're only three ways to
"keeping Corrupt Politicians out from Indian political system" -

(i) Either don't let them stand for Elections, or
(ii) Don't at all go and vote for them, or
(iii) Vote for an Honest Candidate.

If you try to go route (i), you can't as long as the laws to Eligibility for Contesting don't change - which means, to change them, you've to get inside the Parliament, which means YOU HAVE TO CONTEST ELECTIONS. If you take route (ii), that's really a poor choice (it doesn't make any sense) for it doesn't lead to anything - some people will still go and vote for them, at least SOME OF THEIR CHAMCHAS WILL - which technically means that THE SAME PEOPLE WILL BE BACK TO PARLIAMENT AGAIN...AND THEREFORE STATUS QUO WILL REMAIN - NO LAWS WILL CHANGE - AND YOU CAN REPEATING THIS CYCLE FOREVER. What remains is route (iii), which means GET SOME HONEST PEOPLE TO CONTEST ELECTIONS. THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT WE'RE SAYING.

I hope by any chance you don't think the Indian Political System is some Household Verandah that you can take a broom and mop and wipe clean. If you do, you seriously need to reconsider your views.

Apart from the above three, if you feel that there's some other way that we're seriously missing, please let us know here. And Yes - in some detail please. One-liners won't help.

Thanks,

Summit.
