First of all the person who is replying to this thread do not come in the criteria for getting mobile. As that is for poor people and a person who has access to internet can not be poor. We need to ask this question our villagers. We should make them aware about all this. But its very pity that Govt even dont know how to attract poor people..koi bhi poor person jiske paas khane ko roti nahi agar govt usse mobile degi toh woh irritate he hoga. I wish all the poor people through these mobiles on congress posters. Friends we need to think what we can do to make people aware..
