our MPs and MLAs have spent crores rupees in the name of educational tours , by enjoying in five stars hotels in foreign and in tourist places .They said that if laws permit them for the same ,then there is no reason for them to avoid it. The question is that who are maker of these Laws ? why not they make such laws to stop wastage of hard earning of the people .
