Why Member's of parliaments and MLA's not pay TAX.... are they disables? Are they under poverty line? are they not Indian citizen? Are they "GOD's angels"...? No...they are just servant of Indian citizens then...why...why such discrimination between a "common person" and "them"... why people are suffering and "they" are enjoying...? why.. why.. why?
