For the Second Part of this Article, wherein he enumerates his "Suggestions to Remove Indian Political Maladies", I think I have a reason to be elated.

Because for the first time, I see us heading towards an agreement. Though it's still somewhat sketchy, the first shoots seem to be sprouting. We've been into heavy debating on that thread above, and some pretty long notes were exchanged; and maybe the first instance "emerges in history" that we meet.

I've always enjoyed reading his posts. His writings carry a radical style and forceful content. His ideas are arranged in a logical and compelling structure, and appear arisen of intense cogitation.

And therefore, the rapture of confluence.
