I am 60plus, worked in Sales Field in various corporate companies for 40 years, dealing with GOVT/PUBLIC SECTOR /EDUCATION/ BANKING among my clients.

I feel punishment for "GIVER" is equally important and essential as to RECEIVER" of corruption money. There could be habituated " givers " also who run their business through such means only. This list may include ,many powerful corporates , who might have mastered this act of "GIVING" since years through black money. These people should also be in the net of JLB. Hence JANLOKPAL BILL should address Laws to handlle such GIVERS also, through a parallel process, so that the CORRUPTION ISSUE IS addressed at both end.
