IAC is demanding as Anna said that all corrupt Govt. Officers and Leaders and Ministers must be thrown into JAIL. But everybody know that leaders, officers make honeymoon in JAIL also. There is special or VIP ward for them like hospitals. Where they enjoy all the facilities A.C., Drink, TV, Bed, Lighting, Mobiles. and police serves them like personal servants round the clock. Not only leaders like Laloo Yadav, underworld don like Abu Salem and terrorist like Ajmal Kasab enjoy our weakest democratic and dirtyest political system. THIS POINT MUST BE CONSIDERED DEEPLY AND SINSERELY OTHERWISE ALL THE MOVEMENT AND JANLOKPAL BILL WILL BE GO INTO DUSTBIN DIRECTLY.

Any corrupt and terrorist must not treated as special even if he is VIP. They must be treated like general prisoner and must be forced to do labor hardly. They must not be entertained in any way in any case. Jail must be on vigilance several times by several high level autonomous officers randomly like CAG, CVC.

Besides this 2 constitution amendments are necessary annexure :

1. CBI must be autonomous body. IAC must fight hardly for this. And murder like cases must not given to CBI. It formed for Anti Corruption not for crime investigation.
CID must be strengthened for crime cases.

2. Police must be under fully control of High Courts instead of State Govt.

Gentle men in my opinion our aim is to root out corruption not drafting the "Lok Pal Bill" or "Jan Lokpal Bill". We are made foolish since 1947 to till today by these politician and by the entire government body. In Madhya Pradesh CM announed a rule(act) to prevent the corruption in the moth of April 2011. But what is the result.....Is Madhya Pradesh corruption free State ? No not at all. Reason ! From where the person is being brought to make those rule(act/bill) followed..........????????

suggestions for JAN LOKBAL BILL

Friends,

I am 60plus, worked in Sales Field in various corporate companies for 40 years, dealing with GOVT/PUBLIC SECTOR /EDUCATION/ BANKING among my clients.

I feel punishment for "GIVER" is equally important and essential as to RECEIVER" of corruption money. There could be habituated " givers " also who run their business through such means only. This list may include ,many powerful corporates , who might have mastered this act of "GIVING" since years through black money. These people should also be in the net of JLB. Hence JANLOKPAL BILL should address Laws to handlle such GIVERS also, through a parallel process, so that the CORRUPTION ISSUE IS addressed at both end.
