If there is one thing this movement has done to the politicians, it is the growing realization amongst them that in order to remain relevant in the political terra firma they must respond to the aspirations of people. The only thing that should concern us or those reposing faith in the movement is the sustainability of this spirit. Politicians would not abdicate the place of authority and power they enjoy. They have always seen themselves as the masters of the country. Suddenly, someone comes from nowhere and shows them their rightful place. They have not taken kindly to it. Therefore, there is an undeclared war on this movement. Arvind Kejriwal has rightly observed that these people will put up many road blocks. They will have to be fought at every nook and corner. We need to gird up our loins for a prolonged war. We have won only a battle. The war is just about begun. And mind you, they will not engage you directly. They will indulge in guerilla warfare. Hit and run will be their tactic. I call it 'political insurgency'. What Kapil Sibal said and did will fall in this category of 'political insurgnecy'. We should be ready for many of these without losing our calm or composure.
