vision-poll 2014 how to shift cast votes?

Dear friends,
Decision to form political front is very good but challenging. 2014 is very close and we are not very well known to rural/remote/poor civilians.We will have to form samitees at mohalla/village levels at the earliest with a module for active participation of every voter.Our vision must reach to every voter to enable them to cast their vote in the interest of the nation but not for their jaat/biradari.
swami Ramdev has already formed a good organisation at root level and there should be no hesitation in taking guidance and support of every person who is working towards the nation's interest.We should not look like ANNA V/S RAMDEV.
Will it be better to select candidates having honest background while serving the official positions like Mrs Kiran Bediji.
