If you have five gold medals, you were topper throughout your studies, you were best all round student of university, best all round student of college, you passed vani test of aakashvani, passed newsreaders test of doordarshan, published several articles and research papers, you have experience of research, experience of UG teaching, experience of PG teaching and so on.........

overage-52 yrs, once denied admission to UG class by the same univ., took admission next year through misinterpretation of rules and submitting wrong info, attended one extra session each year to cope up with other students, failed in 17 papers, once dropped from the univ., even then continued on rolls as special permission case, not eligible for admission to PG, even then admitted to PG again through special permission, got temporary post in univ. even then given extra charge of hostel warden, project ended even then did not vacate univ. accomodation, warnings issued, threats of legal action , no punishment. BUT reward - appointed on permanent teching post, even on having nil teaching experience.
