GUJARAT government is declared 2nd best state government in the world as announced by International council of UN.
Before 10 Yrs they had 50,000 crores loan in World Bank. But Today they have deposited 1 lac Crores in World Bank. So this debt of Rs. 1.76 lac crore will be actually only 76 lac crore...
