Pl note there is rampant corruption in admission to management category seats in engineering and medicine and dental branches. As per supreme court orders in tam pai foundation vs state and p.a inamdar vs sate cases supreme court has ruled that management quota seats must be strictly filled up on merit. But private managements in collusion with admission agents are selling seats in black market for hefty rates.. Also some managements are taking excess tuition fee than specified by state govt. Hence they are showing disregard for supreme court orders, aicte and medical council of india notifications in this regard. Hence each and evry student who is affected by this corrupt practice must lodge a complaint by regd post to chairman aicte and chairman medical counsel of india.
