Points are very genuine that euphoria of success must not reduce the focus from the main objective. However, we may be re-assured by public vigilance that this will not happen this time and we will not forget it.

As far as petty corruption or daily departmental corruption in service delivery is concerned, definitely that should be a part of the Bill against corruption and that is why grievance redressal is a part of the Jan Lokpal. Government must be accountable in Service Delivery and citizens must have a right to ask for recourse if desired service is not delivered. Timelines for each public services must be drafted and then legislated. Any delay than prescribed timeline shall result in to penalty against Public Servant.
