For an ordinary bribe taker, the police constable, the baboo, the sarkari doctor the court reader, the nakedar the thanedar and every government functionary whom an ordinary citizen comes in contact every day, their superiors who take share of it - add their own- and pass part of it to their higher up for shielding them, are unaffected by this daily coverage -night and day- on the T V Why so ??

ALL OF THEM ,the everyday torturers,ARE SURE THAT THE present wave will pass and they and their protectors who have put them in their places will be able to go on as usual. Else A RAJA in jail should have made them shudder and think that unless they mend even now they have no hope whatever.
