After what has been revealed in the recent past and what has been observed by the apex court of the country, we certainly cannot bracket Manmohan Singh with the other luminaries you have named. MMS has proved to be the fountainhead of corruption, unwilling to see it as a problem, leave alone tackling it. If he had the will, the ways could well have been found. The tragic part of it all is--he is an erudite person and it was expected of him to behave differently. But, alas! he too has gone the same way. He is not unimpeachable. Sorry, he is the one to blame for all the mess that India is in.
