Law makers in Parliament

As the parliament is supreme in making new laws for the country. Please let me know what laws can be made to benefit the people of the country when we have over 164 MPs with criminal records in parliament. The only laws that will be made will be to protect themselves. No wonder the loudest voice is that of Lalu Prasad Yadav.

Cool Let us rise to the occasion.

Very right. The quality of enactments will largely depend on the quality of people we have managed to send in the parliament. Even if it is true that we cannot influence the outcome of many election results, we have certainly not played our part honestly enough. Today due to Anna we have become aware of the level of corruption and the way it has destroyed normal life around. If we had played our part with some degree of honesty and diligence, we could have prevented the entry of some of these people. We did not allow Laloo to win from Patna. Even then he is there. Some people failed to prevent his entry.

But better late than never. Now we must rise like a phoenix and carry forward the torch lit by Anna and defeat all those who have destroyed the fibre of democracy. Anna has provided us opportunity and platform. Let us rise to the occasion and do what is within our power. Each one of us must cast our vote and throw the corrupt out if we want to leave a better India for our young ones who have to play a long innings.

It is a wellknown fact that chore ki dhadi men tinka.thieves cry more loudly and they feel they have silenced all others. You might have also seen how mr p chidambram was happily laughing during lalu"s speech. Entire congress benches were enjoying. All elected whether mp, mla, corporations or panchayats are in the process of looting & amassing wealth by hook or crooke baring some like nitish/modi/advani/manmohan.

go to Jail Chalo! - Register for Team Anna's Jail Bharo Andolan! - JailChalo.com. You'll be required to choose state from the given list, then district from the given list. You'll have to give your name and mobile no. and a short comment and then submit it. But I am told it is posing problems as the government appears to have played a part in stalling registration. Just try.

Now that the parliament has ducked it, Anna should make an appeal to the electorate to reject those who engineered the plot to kill lokpal. Since he is unwell, he does not have to move from constituency to constituency to impress upon the voters. He does not even have to name any political party. People have seen them all playacting their part in the parliament. In any case, it is the responsibility of the presenter of the bill to ensure its passage. Govt. being the presenter of the bill in the house is primarily responsible for ensuring its passage. All those supporting the government from within or from without are equally responsible for the passage of the bill. We have seen what part they have played. Anna only has to stand up and address the people of the country to penalise those who have cheated the people of the country. The rest will be done by the millions of volunteers spread out to every nook and corner of the country. And wherever Anna's appeal does not reach directly, Team Anna will be his torch bearer.

Long live Anna, Long live India Against Corruption.
