fighting corruption

I am fully in support of Sri Anna Hazare for Jan Lokpal bill. To add further teeth to fight corruption at all levels I would like to offer a few suggestions.
1. We all should pledge today and from now not to accept or give bribe to
anyone and not only pledge but also shall implement on ourselves.
2. Make fullest possible use of the RTI act against every possible services.
3. Make sure everyone lodges a formal complaint with respective authorities;
Deptts, Companies, Service providers etc.etc. for any of their misdeeds.
4. Everyone of us shall get united at the block, RWA, ward, for our rights. But
we shall not forget our duties at all. Duty comes first and then comes our
right.
5.All Govt./ Private sector Offices and Companies shall make this mandatory
to put the date and time of receipt of the file on every table. the max. time
permissible shall be 24 hours. the more it takes for the file to move from one
table to another makes a ground for corruption.
6. We shall call us an Indian first.

I am trying myself to follow most of the above to the best of my ability.
