Facilities and pays to MLA/MP

There should be some restrictions in some facilities our MLA/MP are getting after becoming MLA/MP. As per my knowledge once they elected in one terms and if somebody will not nominate in the next election, the elected person is entitled to get pention for life time as an ex memeber of parlment.

If somebody join miletry, he has to serve for minimum 10 years and for any goverment servent has to serve for minimum 20 years to entitled to get the pention.

If suppose this is true, than there should be some time limit for all MLA/MP.

Ye log to sadan me jate hi isliye hai ki apni payment,wages n pension ko har saal asaani se badhwate rhe kyoki tax ka bojh inpe to padta nahi hai n baki sb to inko free hai so jab janlokpal ki baari aayi to bhrast logo ko bahut dikkat hui inki pension ke liye to shart honi chahiye ki 20 saalo tak kam se kam ye lagatar chune jaye. 20 saal tak agar yeh chune jayenge toh baaki kaha jayenge?
