IS VIBRANT GUJARAT HYPE?
In TV debates and many criticizes that since 2003 only 20% of MOU were materialized… my argument is that the person who signs MOUs are primarily responsible for its implementation… according to MOU they do not fulfil the govt. formalities and so Govt. cannot go ahead with MOU… most of the MOU signed by individual with the intention of getting subsidized land and not the real intention for establishing industries…
SO FOR NOT MATERIALIZING MOU, ENTREPRENEURS ARE PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE AND NOT THE GOVT…
So, this time Govt. will be much more alert and perform detailed scrutiny for MOUs…
