NDA performance was muct better than UPA...

In debate on budget, opposition and few other expert key argument that average GDP of 9 year UPA rule is about 8 which is better than 5 years rule of NDA average GDP about 5… this argument is absolutely irrelevant… since…
1. You cannot compare 5 years against 9 years.
2. UPA got GDP 8 from NDA in 2004… so UPA got high growth in heredity…
3. NDA brought GDP from 4 to 8… while UPA reduced it from 8 to 5 now…!!!
4. Most important… When new govt. comes, their policy impact cannot be affected overnight… it takes at least 2/3 years to have its own impact… So, first 2.5 years of UPA has a GDP impact of NDA only which reflect NDA real infrastructure development but was slowed down by UPA when came in the power from 2004 onwards… So, thereafter only GDP started declining…
It is surprising that this simple logic did not understood by so called experts…
