Manifesto is shear wastage... AAP proved me right...!!!

Before few days I have posted irrelevance of manifesto where 90% promises cant be fulfill and AAP manifesto proved me right...
AAP promised free water (freebies leads to huge wastage), half power tariff (step to create power shortage instead of 24 hours supply), more than 10 lac CCTV camera (even layman cant give such a absurd promise), 500 schools/20 colleges (where is land in Delhi)...
for all these AAP needs about 12.5 lac crore or 2.5 lac cr Rs. annually... while Delhi budget is 25000 crore... so just 10% of the required estimate...!!!
so my post proved right that 90% of the promises from manifesto never fulfilled... and manifesto is the wastage of money, resources only...

कुछ दिन पहले मैंने घोषणापत्रको अर्थहीन कवायत बताया था जिसके ९०% वादे निभाए नहीं जाते... आम आदमी पार्टीके घोषणापत्रने मेरी बातको सही ठहराया...
आप ने मुफ्त पानी (पनिका व्यय को बढ़ावा देता है), आधे दाममें बिजली (ये बिजली की कमी और भी बढ़ाएगा), १० लाखसे ज्यादा कॅमेरा (कोई अबुध/अनपढ़ भी ऐसे मूर्खतापूर्ण बात नहीं कर सकता), ५०० शाला/२० कॉलेज (इतनी देल्हीमे जगह कहा है?)...
इन सबके लिए आप को करीब १२.५ लाख करोड़ या हर साल २.५ लाख करोड़ रुपये चाहिए... जबकि डेल्ही का बजट २५००० करोड़ ही है... अंदाजित खर्च से सिर्फ १०%...
तो दो दिन पहले मैंने बतायाथिकी घोषणापत्रके ९०% वादे कभी होते ही नहीं वो सही पुरवार हो गया... और गोषणापत्रकि कवायत सिर्फ पैसे और संसाधन का व्यय ही है...
