De-regularized of Diesel price... After 9 years of UPA rule...!!!

It is true that for healthy economy, subsidy should be minimum and following this principal now where SO CALLED eminent economists like Manmohan, Chidambaram and so on are there… they have de-regularized the diesel prices after about 9 years of UPA rule and that also when they came to power in 2004 they have reversed this policy… So it means their decision at that time was just to oppose right policies of NDA… like fuel deregulation, road/power infrastructure, POTA or soft on terrorism…
However with this decision if their real intention to improve the economy would be there will be appreciated but their real inteNtion is switch over of this fuel subsidy to food subsidies by bringing RIGHT TO FOOD law… so how economy will improve… can this so called economists explain?
All these alternate form of subsidies like MNREGA and RIGHT TO FOOD are really dolls to poor, which make people lazy and inefficient… since they lose their will to do something since which such a scheme they get assurance to get easy earning money… and sit aside rest assure… THIS IS THE NOT THE WAY TO HEALTHY PROGRESS…
But, poor people do not understand this way of healthy economy and comes under the trap of short benefit in the form of dolls…
SO VOTE BANK POLITICS IS AGAIN ON THE WAY AT THE COST OF ECONOMY…
