Anna to launch blog to fight corruption

Anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare is all set to go online to fight corruption. He will launch his blog-annahazaresays.wordpress.com-on Thursday. He will thus join the big bracket of star bloggers such as Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan. On the portal, Anna stated that people from all over the world were eager to know his thoughts and views

on many issues. However it often happens that even those close to me do not "collaborate" (sic) with my views. The reference is to some of his colleagues who have been accused of exercising complete control over Hazare, say political observes.

The Marathi and English versions of the blog will begin immediately and will be followed later by Hindi and other Indian languages. The social activist--Hazare even plans to reach out his admirer to France and Germany, it is learnt.

Noted commentators Vijay Kuvalekar and Raju Parulekar will help Hazare expressing his thoughts on the blog. In his opening remarks, Anna stated that the content posted on the blog will be entirely his work, penned down by Kuvalekar and Parulekar.

During the anti-corruption stir, Hazare's close aides had extensively used SMSs and social media to get their message across. Also it is reliably learnt that Hazare in content of his first blog has extended his thanks to a channel owned by Times group (Times Now) for its coverage on his fast that he had started to fight against corruption.
