Requires:

• Flash Developer : Flash application development in Action Script 3.0, XML and database integration, interact with customer for requireents, documentation, Familiar with OOPS concepts, Quick Learner
• .Net Developers: Excellent in ASP.Net - Should have good design fundamentals. RDBMS concepts, SQL queries, DB Design (Preferable SQL Server). Familiarity with MS APPs blocks, Web 2.0 standards.
• PHP Developers: Profiency with PHP/MySQL/LAMP/Javascript/AJAX/CSS. FAmiliarity with TYPO 3.0, Web 2.0, OS-Commerce customisation. Experience in Smarty and Pear Libraries.

Minimum 3+ years experience with skills in MVC, javascript toolkits like jQuery, Dojo, ext.js is required for .Net and PHP
