Experience: 0-1 year

Requirements:

To extend technical support to our global customers for Synaptris Software Products.
Should be willing to work in shifts.
Should ensure customer satisfaction on every interaction with customers.
Should work to achieve prescribed SLA's

Desired Profile

Excellent Communication skills
Should have excellent analytical skills with positive attitude to learn.
Preferably a engineering candidate.
Should be flexible and should be able to work under pressure.
Any certifications Lotus Notes or relevant experience is strongly desired.
Non-engineering candidate can be considered with Lotus Notes certifications.
