Experience : 2 - 7 Years*

Desired : Energetic and enthusiastic with a keen ability to learn
Passionate about teaching and coaching
Should be conversant in training methodologiesExperience in the training department of a Telecom company / process catering to the Telecom Domain
Should have thorough understanding of Telecom complaint management (Front-end and / or Back-end)
Should also have experience in Behavioural / Soft-skill training
Should be well-versed in preparation and documentation of training documents and material
Should be conversant with preparation of reports, analyses and presentations
Should be willing to work in shifts.*
