The Department of Education, Government of Haryana has constituted a Society called
UTKARSH (Use of Technology for Knowledge Advancement & Re-orientation of Studies in Haryana) under the Societies Registration Act 1860 for the purpose of making use of the EDUSAT for various developmental/ social/ educational/ health/ literary/ cultural/ research programmes.

Utkarsh Society Haryana Panchkula invites applications for the posts of PROGRAMMERS with qualifications and experience as indicated:

REQUIREMENT OF STAFF ON CONTRACT BASIS

• PROGRAMMER (one position)
  Consolidated Contractual Remuneration: RS. 18,000/- per month
  Essential Qualifications & Experience: Diploma in Computer Engineering with 60% marks from State Board of Technical Education having one year experience in .NET, SQL, VB. OR B.E. /B.Tech (Regular) in Computer Engineering/ IT, MCA with 60% marks.
