Phonologies is a product development company developing telecom grade switching and IVR technologies which are used for creating value added services, self service and customer service applications. These can be deployed by Call Centers, Information Centers, Telcos, ISPs and Enterprises to provide a multitude of services like: In bound / Out bound calling, Call distribution, Speech Enabled IVRs, Audio conferencing, Call recording and integrated with web applications.

Phonologies requires Technical Head

Profile of Candidate:

Technical Skills:

• C, C++, (Linux and Windows) VC++ (Windows)and Data Structures
• Should have worked on projects involving network communication
• Experience with Linux Internals, Win32 API, Windows System Internals, Windows FS/APIs/SDKs
• Knowledge on SIP, RTP, VoIP protocols is a plus
• Experience in building Interactive Response Systems (IVR) is a big plus.

Personal Skills:

• Manage a team of 3-4 techies (guide and manage the products and projects)
• Should be able to communicate with the customers and prospects directly.
• Ability to do research, define and develop cross-platform products.
• Have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or an equivalent.
• Must have hands on experience in programming
