Desired:
This position is for 24×7 L2 remote network & security Support from Bangalore for Oracle Sales, Corporate and Data center. Based on Analyst skills he can give L3 suggestions but they can’t change any core configuration. Analyst will coordinate with Oracle WAN Service providers, Security Operation and Network planning team to resolve the issues. This team is doing Firewall and Load balancer provisioning (i.e Addition, deletion of ports, policies and address) for Oracle Ondemand Customers.This team is using HP Open view, Netcool, Cisco Works and MRTG tools to monitor and analyze the network. Oracle is using Cisco router and switches, Netscreen firewall, McAfee IDS, BigIP F5 product for load balancing. He will be first point of contact for any WAN, LAN and security Incident.
Candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills on Network and Security. Ability to articulate problem and translate into the analysis, work on RCA.
*Bachelors Degree in Engg Computer Science or equivalent experience or combination of related education and experience.
- Certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA/CCNP) certification or equivalent experience required.
-Juniper Netscreen Certified (JNCIA)
-MCSE Certified
