IBM Daksh requires Technical Support Engineer. Walk-in form 8th to 16th October, 2009
Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any IT field or BE/BTech n Computer Science & IT , MCA , BCA, GNIIT etc.
• At least 3 years experience in implementing , administrating and / or troubleshooting PC and Macintosh Operating Systems such as 2000/XP/Vista, Linux , OSX
• A minimum of 1 year experience in troubleshooting network environment with typical network services, applications and connectivity components
• MCSE or an equivalent certification
• Experience in a customer service environment will be an added advantage
