Desired:
* Should be science graduate with MBA/MHA/PGDBM from reputed institute.
* Should have 10 years of experience in hospital operations and 05 years experience at managerial level.

Job Description:
* Resposible for Day to Day Operations as mentioned below: .
? Administers activities like House Keeping, F& B, Environment related initiatives, Office Equipments, etc.
? Handling various activities including Transport Management and Estate Management for the smooth functioning of the organization.
? Directs and administers the housekeeping program to maintain the hospital environment in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition
? Establishes standards and work procedures for the housekeeping staff in accordance with the established policies of the hospital.
? Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of Food Service Department to provide dietetic service for patients and hospital employees.
? Establishes departmental regulations and procedures, in conformance with administrative policies, and develops standards for organization and supervision of dietetic service. Determines quality and quantity of food required. Makes frequent inspections of all work, storage, and serving areas to determine that regulations and directions governing dietetic activities are followed.
? Heading the security dept. & enforcing preventive, protective and precautionary measures against theft pilferage, out break of fire, sabotage and other subversive activities.
? Involved in implementation of up gradation plans for the existing facilities as well as assessing services of facilities through effective surveys to promote the quality process.
? Any other function assigned by management from time to time
