Desired:**
College degree preferred
Knowledge of and experience in the use of a major GDS; preference for Amadeus and/or Sabre
Previous experience working GDS queues
Previous experience working schedule changes
Experience in accessing, interpreting and applying appropriate international air fare rules
Knowledge of and experience of international refunds and exchanges
Experience with travel booking processes
Computer skills to include but not limited to:
Strong Keyboard skills
Strong skills and experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Experience with major Internet Browsers (IE; Firefox; etc)
Internet use familiarity
Ability to work with speed and accuracy
Prioritizing and organizational skill
Ability to work in a team
Personable, fun and high energy
Able to work night shift, weekends and holidays
