Positions: L3 Java/ J2EE Engineer
Experience: (2 -7) yrs
Job Location: Noida

Position Summary:

Provide in depth troubleshooting and support for the LiveCycle product line. Utilize superior account management and technical troubleshooting skills to solve the most difficult issues escalated through Customer Care support channels. Collaborate with Tier 2 support on technical issues providing real-time support for enterprise customer segment.

Knowledge & Skills:

You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where you can adjust efficiently to changing priorities. You have strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to determine the root cause of issues and identify valid solutions. You are sensitive to the financial and technical implications as well as to the level of risk of your recommendations. You are focused and detailed oriented but you know when to seek help from others. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills to detail problems in technical and business terms.

Education / Work Experience:

You have 2 - 7 years experience in the software industry.

Technical Skills required:

Intermediate technical knowledge of J2EE application servers (Websphere, JBOSS,
Web Logic)
Intermediate technical knowledge of UNIX (AIX, LINUX, HP-UX, OS/400);
Intermediate technical knowledge of Windows Server operating systems;
Intermediate technical knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, various Network);
Intermediate technical knowledge of JSPs, Servlets, Java Script, Java, .NET, XSLT and XML schemas
Knowledge of EMC Documentum Webtop, IBM Content Manager or SAP NetWeaver is a definite asset.
