Desired profile:

Good communication skills
Should have knowledge of document management system (SharePoint Server and Windows Workflow Foundation).
Hands on experience in ASP.NET,C#
Working knowledge of RDBMS

Preference will be given for the following skills:

Knowledge of clustering in windows server 2008
Knowledge of clustering in SQL Server 2008
Creating DNS, Active Directory, Authentication Server
Knowledge of Web Services Remote Portlets (WSRP)
