B.S Abdur Rahman University, Vandalur, Chennai-600 048 has invited applications for admission to their B.Tech Programmes in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation & Control, Polymer Technology and Information Technology, for 2009-10 academic year.

Admission will be based on the B.S Abdur Rahman University Engineering Entrance Examination (BSAUEEE) to be held on 17th May, 2009 (Sunday) at Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Erode, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Madurai, Mumbai, New Delhi, Ramanathapuram, Tiruchirappalli and Tirunelveli.

ELIGIBILITY:
Applicant should have a pass in 12th Standard or equivalent examination with a minimum of 60% average marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Those appearing for the 10+2 examination of March/April 2009 can also apply. Application forms will be available from 16th May, 2009.

HOW TO APPLY:
Applications can be submitted online at http://www.crescentcollege.org/. Payment of fee of Rs.450/- can be made through a Challan available at the website or by* way of a DD on any other Bank in favour of* 'B.S Abdur Rahman Institute of Science & Technology' payable at Chennai.

Application can be obtained in person from the University on payment of Rs.550/- by cash or by way of DD taken in favour of 'B.S Abdur Rahman Institute of Science & Technology' payable at Chennai.

Application can also be obtained by Post from Director (Admissions), B.S Abdur Rahman University, Vandalur, Chennai-600 048, be sending a request along with a DD for Rs.550/- taken in favour of 'B.S Abdur Rahman Institute of Science & Technology' payable at Chennai.
