Job Description:
[1] HR Manager:
Facilitating manpower planning and efficient resource management for all functions, Recruitment at all levels and for all functions within the organization,Performance Management-Review and Improvement and HR Process improvement and bench marking (Competency Mapping, Leadership development, Career Planning, training content development and evaluation, employee retention and satisfaction strategies etc.)
[2] Training Manager:
The candidate should have experience in the field of organizing training programms for all types of Staffs, Employees / Workers, Planning, Directing and control of numbers of executives, Identify the needs of training for employees, Organising class room training / On the job Training / Workshop Training (Short-term & Long-term).
Job Responsibilities:
[1] HR Manager:
Responsible for recruitment, training, compensation, performance appraisal, environmental and safety concerns, ethics and social responsibility, and special issues.
[2] Training Manager:
Responsible for checking out the numbers of trainees are available, time scheduleing, preparing MIS reports, Evaluating & Finalising. The trained employees or re-train them if required, Target oriented, Preparation of presentation of planned training programms, communication & coordination with branch offices for training, Keeping track for training for better results, making self-confidence to employees during the training etc
