Would like submit my first post on corruption. Previous govt. introduced with fanfare the inroduction of eStamp papers. But at whose cost?? Its general public who is paying now more than what earlier paper stamp papers. for a Rs.10 stamp paper , earlier it was Rs. 1 or 2 paid in addition to actual cost , but now eStamp Paper is minimum costs u Rs.20/- even in Courts of Delhi and if u go to vendors in markets, they can charge u anything between Rs.20 to Rs.40. Is it not corruption?? What is the gain from starting eStamp.
