I am of the opinion that tolls at highways should be taken from all including Government servants.What is a common practice is that indians have the habit to show off if they use there power in such cases by driving their private vehicles painted Gov Of India etc.No relaxation to anyone ,if on official duty get reimbursement from department as is a practice in pvt.Firms.

I think this would go along way in being socially responsible.mango man should not pay for netas babus tours ,otherwise he should also be exempt.
please think to raise issue on this line.
