the biggest problem is a confluence of two factors:

a)POPULATION EXPLOSION
b)LACK OF FORMAL EDUCATION SYSTEM/SKYROCKETING EDUCATIONAL EXPENSES

EDUCATION IS THE MOTHER OF THIS COUNTRY. STOP COMMERCIALIZING IT AND START UTILIZING IT TO BUILD THE NEXT WAVE OF SMART INDIA.

rest can be dealt with if people get educated, if they are taught what is right and what is not.
