hi i suggest team anna forms a comitte of x-judges,social workers ,doctors etc who can supervise and analyse people who are gonna run for elections
ask of distribute postcards amongst genral bublic and ask them to suggest people who are honest,and ones wid good administrative skills,..........................or team anna can suggest some people via conducting its own polls via email,sms,etc and the people can further choose fron the list via mails.sms,postcards
....should hav a list of rules such people should follow and certain education level they should have,,and what they hav done for the people

once the people are shortlisted they should be sent 2 a 2-3 month training for administrative skills, public speaking,knowing the constitution etc....followed by sum time for social service in that area concerned,to get to know the problems of the people

such people should pledge not to favor any cast or religion,,,,should declare their assets every year
team anna should advertise in the papers or any such medium such dat it can also reach people who dont use the net,cell etc
via da newspaper etc.....
also lots of people want to join the moment,,,donate,,,but since sum are not using the net they dont know how to do dat,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,please find a way
