It is not easy to elect candidate for Annaji's team, because any thing doing wrong in choosing candidate may worsen for all team and will help the other party ie NCP, BJP, and so on. Hence should be aware on electing the candidate.

Following may be followed for it :-

1. A special team to be made for selecting the candidate.

2. A special role for organising the team may please be made. Which role be made by the team and will be recommended by all the candidate/member.

3. A strict role to be made for the candidate in favour of the organisation to secure it from corruption that any types of corruption related issue related with the candidate, firstly to withdraw himself from the candidature immediately to the report against anyone and thereafter any court of inquiry be process.

4. Role to be made for taking feedback for utilisation government assets in fovour of the development of the nation and AAM ADMI. Feedback to be obtained from special persons of his village, cities and so on about their satisfaction on the service and procedure of role and policies, administration. Feedback to be obtained from AAM ADMI and their name should not be published. It should be noticed that these feedback are only for assessing his works and attitude not for other reasons.
