to become doctors, engineers and other professionals one has to qualify and clear entrance exams ,we should all make our representatives to clear entrance exams and then they should study for 5 yrs to get their degrees in politics and good governance and then only they should allow (election commission) them to contest any election.emoluments should be given on the basis of attendance in their constituencies and seniority, retirement should be at 65 years . more than two terms should not be allowed, election commission should fund elections or newcomers should fund their own elections,all discretionary powers should be removed everything should be in black and white
