Effects of our new model for judicial system:-

1. Court Cases like civil case, criminal case, cases for different claims, etc. any type of case judgment is possible in 30 days to 60 days. Our model for new judiciary system is applicable in all the courts whether it is Session court or High Court or Supreme Court.
2. There will be quality judgment in the cases.
3. Judicial corruption will be very low.
4. Expenses for court cases for both parties will reduce.
5. No need to go court again and again.
6. Cases going for appeal will be reduced to 25%.
For all above system, no extra infrastructure will be needed. No change will be required in laws and any act. Currently available resources will be sufficient to solve the cases. Pendency of cases will be over within 2 years if our model is followed. Everyone will have fair justice in 30 to 60 days. Corruption and crime rate will be low.
