yes its time to change the rule of congress at center radically and bring BJP with full majority leads by the people like modi, jetley, swaraj, ravishnker, nakvi, shahnavaz fully young blood, who remain hard with terrorism, corruption and change the ill system from the root. India exp congress rule since long and failed in moral ground. so let us experiment al least for 10 years with total different thinking and come out of pseudo-secularism.
