Who knows whether the Bomb Blasts actually happened for the Reason being touted - Militants...?

Could it be the handiwork of "Mischievous Elements" that have a far-sprung strategy of not letting any more Fasts or Protests in favour of the Jan Lokpal, on the Pretext of Bomb Blasts... ?

Could it be a strategy not to let any more gatherings as the Jantar-Mantar or Ramlila, and prohibit on that excuse if one tries to come up...?

Well, I don't know, I'm just thinking...

If that's the case, then who else could be more mischievous than...well, everyone knows that...
