Article 105 of the constitution gives the parliamentarians some privileges to dispose off their duties. But they think that they can shield themselves for whatever act they do under this section. When someone questions about their performance in the parliament, they think that their privilege is being jeopardized. That's why very few people show the courage to question them. This should not be utilized every time to safeguard their own interests.
