The root cause of all corruptions is that only a few families have been ruling the country in each state since independence, and the politicians have become insensitive and fearless.
To root out family rules, amend the constitution to allow only one family member at a time as a legislator in state assembly or m.p. in parliament. Restrict the repetition for only two terms either in state assembly or parliament.
By doing this, they will have the fear of law and public.
