There are many forms of corruption. At some places it difficult to deal with corruption because it is difficult to prove without the special effort of the one party engaging in the act of corruption (e.g. Use of hidden camera, audio recording etc.). But why one party will take a risk to expose the corruption where there is threat to his life, family or job etc. The Jan Lokpal Bill should also includes special reward to the party who is taking risk to expose the act of corruption e.g. If somebody exposed corruption money and benifited the nation with 100 Lakhs, He must be rewarded with at least 10 Lakhs and 90 Lakhs to Nation's credit. And in addition to that People should also be given national awards for their contribution to the nation for dealing with corruption so that people are presented with positive role models to encourage general population.
