Corruption is manifestation of greed. People in power get oppotunity to unlease their greed. Others wait for lady luck to shine. How many Indians can differenciate between greed and need. Why a new beurocrat or a new neta is not an exception. Because greed is latent in him. Greed is latent in all of us.
Corruption has to be cured at home. We have to build character. We have to build selflessness. We have to build empathy. We have to build strength to be able to face hardship if we refuse to take short cuts.
Challenge is to become or make future beurocrats or netas who are people of conscience. Only citizen of conscience can elect a Neta of conscience.
