Subject: - RETURN OF TERM END EXAMNATION FORM JUNE 2011 ALONG WITH DD FROM NEW DELHI When send on 12th March 2011 but refund on 10/05/2011 Why so Late when last date 15/05/2011???=MONEY EARNING !!!

With Reference to Subject do mention Above I like to bring it to your Kind Notice that I on January 22nd 0r 28th 2011 had Borrowed the Examination form from the Official at Bikash Bhawan where I had went to Request for Grant of New Study Center as Old one allotted closed unnotified / unknown cause (9th* allotted)……. that I haven’t from 2010 First Month but I wasn’t given to Meet??? The Authority as Cause Official Busy…Meeting...Convocation…Come Next day………etc...Etc... and thus I am tired and feed up of taking Leave from Office (Private Company IBM Net Solution)and thus result to these New Trauma / Drama - when I had Send it Via Speed Post on about 12th March 2011 then why these Delay……and just before 4 days of End Date.

Its Proofs many things of IGNOU RC and New Delhi…its Excuse and Laziness’ and Putting the Burden and Charges on Student’s. They Only Cares for Money how to earn via Various Scheme as per Mid Term or Frame Rule’s???The Dictatorship = EDUCATION IS NEXT TO WORKSHIP BUT Society had Made it Business for fast Earning and Status Building!!!.

Sir as I had 75% attendance for BCS-061(CS-69) and CS – 68 Practical Exams but wasn’t allowed as tried 3ice but via Study Center allotted the then Practical Center Objected to that as it’s Not on your / My Contain as per Rule BCA and MCA Integrated till 8years term and but had given CS- 74 in JUNE 2008 or within 2009 but Marks Not Uploaded as cause Same above , as My Term is to Over via JUNE 2012 and I haven’t appeared in these three theory papers due to these type of regular Trauma / Disturbance / Distraction as Loosing Energy to self-confidence and Trust on Any one….? So do I have to appear for both??? Practical exam or only I will give Theory Exam of Both.

Sir My Problem is from Office quick leave without Pre Notice at-least an week before ?? - Not Possible in these Urgency as See as I had received the Speed Post on 10/05/2011 afternoon and on 13/05/2011 in Kolkata all Bus to etc are Closed due to Election Result “Privartan” as Kolkata would Standstill on that day but Not IT Department More work as Like each days but over Time>>>??Cause Many may be till Saturday... and same do on Friday Study Centre are Closed and when I will get New allotted Study Centre from Bikash Bhawan….Assignments Summation cause on New Format and when I will Prepare new DD and Summit it to Bikash Bhawan as Next day is Saturday / Sunday ..Official Work Closed…at Bikash Bhawan…???Or else where Bank etc>>>>>so Please Give 1 Extra week Extension, A Request!!!

Sir I Should Be Given at least 10 - 15 days from date of Return do receive to adjust the New Workout!!!….but these distract / disturb me? Us…..

Sir the Best Solution for these would be ONLINE Submittation (Which is from April 2011 End closed) via Credit / Debit Card as here it could be too Clearly Checked via IGNOU Official do the Student who is Enrolling had Submitted his Appearing Exam Assignments and if He / She is Doing So knowingly Without the workout then if they Enroll their Sum wouldn’t be Refunded.

Sir Please Clear out does Rs 1000/- Late Fine too do us / they had to submit as it was Negligent from Both Side and as due to First time Rule as Not Known to many as most had and Might faced...And is suffering from these thought’s but are unable to Speak??? So please Excuse them these time…..as Student is Strength Not Statistics.

Any Life threatening acts if occurs due to these thoughts or disturbance which had and is affecting present work for these Officials at Room No 14…. And outside working as an Representative of RC would be Held Responsible and a thorough investigation would be carried from 2006 onwards as how after running for 6 – 9 etc Month a Center Allotted again is Shut down within 3 Month of allotted and ….same Vice versa…….!!!!They will only make Rule’s!!!

Your Fast Action in these Regard would be highly appreciated and I would be very great full to You throughout My Life.
